Honestly kinda annoyed right now. Been needing to switch my main VPN for a couple months but the speeds on mine have gone to crap and the kill switch is sketchy. Saw some decent prices from a few providers but didn't buy cuz black friday's coming. Now I'm second guessing. Every year u see those "up to 80% off" banners but half the time it's the same deal they run all the time just with a different name or worse they bump the normal price right before so the sale looks better. So my question is, has anyone actually gotten a legit better deal on black friday vs just grabbing a normal promo code now? I don't wanna wait weeks just to save like 10 bucks on a 2 year plan if the good servers might sell out or whatever. Honestly all I care about is wireguard support, no logs, good streaming unblock. Privacy is non-negotiable. But idk if the sale prices are ever that much better for the top tier providers. Anyone got experience from last year? Regret waiting or was it worth it?
 
been doing this 3 years and honestly, I grabbed a NordVPN deal last Black Friday and saved like 70% on a 2-year plan, plus they support wireguard and no logs. I say if u see a legit discount on a top tier provider, just go for it, no need to wait and risk losing the deal. I'd recommend checking out Nord or Surfshark, they usually have solid Black Friday discounts.
 
bruh, I feel ya. last year I was all hyped for a deal, waited, then saw the same price a week later on a regular promo. ended up just grabbing it when I needed it. sometimes the hype's just that.
 
tbh last month i was in the same boat, waited for BF deals on a top tier VPN and ended up getting a 2-year Nord plan for 60% off, but honestly the deal was almost the same a week later during their normal promos so I'd say if you spot legit discount like that, grab it
 
Yup exactly, I get the hype but honestly I've been burned waiting. Last year I waited on a big sale but the deal was pretty much the same as a promo a week earlier. Sometimes I think it's better to just grab what u need now if it's legit and fits your needs, no point in waiting if it's not gonna be that much cheaper

VPN deals on Black Friday are usually a rip unless you find a legit one in the chaos. Most of those discounts are hype, and the VPNs still suck for blackhat stuff. Wait if you're bored, but don't expect miracles. Been burned by those deals before, no reason to get hyped now.

yeah maybe I'm wrong but waiting for those deals is almost never worth it. I tried a few and they're still sketchy, even on Black Friday. Usually they just hype it up with some discount and the VPN still doesn't work well for what I need.
 
So, here's the thing. Waiting might save you some cash but it doesn't fix the core issues. Most of these deals are hype and the VPNs are still sketchy for blackhat.

lol, yeah waiting for those deals is like chasing a ghost. most of the time the VPNs are just the same subpar crap they push all year. I've seen it firsthand, hyped up for black friday and then you end up with some overpriced, slow, or even worse, flagged software. and for blackhat cloaking or pbn work, speed and stealth are everything, so those cheap deals usually don't cut it. better off just buying what works year-round, even if it's a bit more cash. no point saving a few bucks only to burn your tier 1s or get deindexed. been there, done that

Gonna have to disagree here. "So, here's the thing" sounds like an intro to a sales pitch or some kinda overused trope. Honestly, most of these 'deals' are just hype to get u to pull the trigger. The core issue is most VPNs are still just middle of the road at best, whether its black friday or not. If ur relying on a sale to fix the quality or speed, u're already lost in the shuffle. U gotta look beyond the discount and focus on the actual performance. UCG beats polished ads 10 out of 10 times for real-world use.

gonna have to disagree here. Most of these deals are just a shiny coat of paint on the same old mediocre VPNs. If you're after real privacy or speed, you're better off skipping the hype and buying what actually works.
 
Honestly, waiting for deals is often a waste of time. Most of the 'Black Friday' VPN deals are just a marketing stunt. Prices go up before then so they can come down and look like a bargain. Plus, most of these VPNs are still the same shady middle of the road crap, just with a fresh coat of paint. If you're after true privacy or speed, don't rely on sales hype. Scraping the data, I see the real players are always the same, deals or not. It's just SEO for their marketing. Don't fall for the hype, buy what actually has the LTV and solid specs.
 
imo, depends on the VPN. if you already know which one actually works and values privacy, maybe the deals can be worth it. but most of the time they're just hyped up sales for the same mediocre service. so yeah, kinda a gamble. gl if you wait.
